• Mentor Investment - this is a skills and expertise investment that engages the services of individuals or groups of people who are experienced in establishing, developing and running businesses.
  
  
• Seed Capital Investment - these are non-equity financial investments that enable a business unit to be established or for a major capital purchase.
  
  
• Booster Financial Investment - these are non-equity financial investments that enable a business unit to jump to the next level but is not quite in the capital position to accomplish this.
  
  
• Partnerships - this is when we find a group of people or individuals or an organisation who share a commonality with what MPIL is trying to do and enters in to a formal or informal partnership with us.
